I walked into a local bakery and the two clerks behind the counter where pleasant. They did their job. I did my transaction and was about to leave. I have no reason to complain about the service I received.

“Can I give you a secret that will change the way you interact with your customers?” I asked.

“Sure?” they said reluctantly.
